What is liquidation inventory?
- When a retailer takes a product back as a return, ends a season, or clears a discontinued line, it usually cannot go back on the shelf as new. Storing it costs more than it is worth to them, so they sell it in bulk lots — pallets or truckloads — to buyers like us. We buy those lots outright, sort them, and sell the items individually.
- 02
Are your products new or used?
- Both. A single pallet can contain factory-sealed units alongside items someone opened once and sent back. That is exactly why we grade every item across eight condition levels and state the grade on every listing. Nothing is sold without a grade.
- 03
What does "open box" mean?
- The box was opened and the item was either unused or barely handled. We verify that all parts are present. Functionally it is a new item; it just cannot be sold as new.
- 04
Why are your prices so low?
- Because we do not pay retail for our inventory. We buy by the pallet at a steep discount, and we pass most of that discount on. We are not discounting a product we paid full price for — our cost basis is genuinely lower.
- 05
How do auctions work?
- Most lots open at one dollar with no reserve. You place a bid above the current high bid plus the minimum increment. Whoever holds the highest bid when the timer hits zero wins and pays that price. A bid is a binding commitment to buy.
- 06
How do Buy It Now products work?
- Fixed price, no bidding. Add it to your cart, check out, and it ships. Quantities are limited to what we actually have on the shelf.
- 07
What happens if I win an auction?
- You get an email and an account notification. Payment is due promptly, and the item ships on our normal 1–3 business day schedule once payment clears.
- 08
Are all products tested?
- No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Testing every unit in a 200-piece pallet is not economically possible. Items we could not verify are graded "Untested" and priced accordingly. If a listing does not say Untested, we checked it.
- 09
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
- Contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the item. If it was damaged in transit or its condition is materially worse than what we disclosed, we refund or replace it and cover return shipping.
- 10
How are conditions graded?
- Eight grades: New, Open Box, Used — Excellent, Used — Good, Used — Fair, Damaged Packaging, Untested, and For Parts. Each is defined on our How It Works page and shown on every listing with its full text label.
- 11
Do you ship internationally?
- Not yet. We currently ship within the United States, with Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico quoted at checkout.
- 12
Can I return something I just changed my mind about?
- On fixed-price purchases, within our 14-day window, in some cases — see the Returns Policy. On auction wins, no. A bid is a commitment, and buyer’s remorse is not a return reason.
